A voice tool and a presenter tool are bought at different moments. You reach for a voice when you already have the thing it will speak over: a video, a course module, a set of instructions. You reach for an avatar tool when you want the finished clip and have nobody to put in front of a camera.
The units follow the purchase. Avatar tools meter minutes of finished video, which is a unit a training budget can absorb directly. The tools here are metered in credits, and what a credit buys is the first thing to work out.
