What separates the tools here
The pricing unit is the axis nobody publishes a conversion for. A tool priced per task and a tool priced per operation can differ by an order of magnitude on the same workflow, and the only way to find out is to build the workflow.
Self hosting changes the shape of the question rather than answering it: the meter disappears and an operations burden appears.
