Everything on The Smart AI Stack publishes under the brand rather than under a personal byline.

That is a deliberate choice and worth explaining, because most review sites do the opposite. A byline is supposed to tell you who stands behind a claim. Inventing a plausible name and a job title to fill that slot does the reverse: it makes the most trust-carrying element on the page the least true one. So until there is a real person to name, there is no name.

What replaces it is checkable in a way a byline never is. Every figure we publish carries the document it was read from and the day it was read, listed in full in a source ledger on the page it appears on. You do not have to trust a writer's credentials to audit a claim when the claim comes with its source attached.

What the desk does

Reads what vendors publish, records it with a date, compares it across the tools in a category, and writes the result. Where an independent group has measured something, we cite them by name. Where nobody has published a figure, we leave the field empty and say so, rather than filling it with something that looks right.

Corrections

Vendor pricing and limits change monthly, so some figures here will go stale between checks. If a number disagrees with the vendor's own page, the vendor is right. Send it to hello@thesmartaistack.com and the page gets a new date along with the correction.
