n8n answers the self hosting half plainly, and on its pricing page rather than in a forum thread. A block headed Community Edition carries one sentence of description: "A standard, self-hosted version of n8n is available on GitHub." That is the vendor stating the option exists, which is worth more than the same conclusion inferred from a feature table.
The hosted half is where this profile stops. Every plan card the page served us is priced in euros and labeled billed annually. A monthly toggle sits above them and the figures behind it are not in the document we received, so what a month to month subscriber pays is not something we can quote. This site publishes the monthly figure or it publishes none, and Runway and Descript sit in the same position on the same principle.
The free question has the same shape and a different cause. The cards we can read offer a free trial with no credit card required, and a trial is not a tier. A plan named Free appears in that page's own underlying data and does not appear in the document it served us. So this profile carries neither a free tier nor a claim that there is none, and our methodology is the reason those stay two different sentences.
